I am Clinical Psychologist with 13 years of experience in both public and private practice settings. I am a graduate of the University of Queensland with majors in Psychology and History, and a post-graduate of Griffith University where my thesis investigated factors predicting posttraumatic stress and resilience. I enjoy working with people of all backgrounds, who seek meaningful change in their lives.
Areas of Practice and Interest
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy and Mindfulness.
Over the past six years my primary focus has been on supporting veterans of the Australian Defence Force with their effects of service, including helping them transition from military to civilian life. I also have experience in working with emergency services personnel and people of the general community. My areas of interest are Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anxiety disorders, low mood, difficulties with adjustment, anger and alcohol misuse.
Fees and Referral Information
Fees
A standard consultation is charged at $250.00 per 50-minute appointment.

Report Fees
- Short Report (2 pages or less) will be charged at $160/hr (+GST)
- Long Report (2+ pages) will be charged at $210/hr (+GST)

Cancellation Policy and Fees
Late cancellations (inside 24 hours) will incur a cancellation fee of $125. Appointment no-shows will be charged the full session fee of $250. Please note that DVA and Workcover do not pay cancellation fees -- these are the responsibility of the individual.

​Medicare Referrals
It is recommended that clients consult their GP to see if they are eligible for a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP). The MHTP allows clients to access up to 10 Medicare rebate sessions per calendar year. As of July 2025, the Medicare rebate amount is $145.25.

DVA Referrals
Veterans who hold either a White or Gold card are eligible for a DVA 'D904' referral for psychology. This is available from their GP.

Private Health Insurance Rebates
A receipt of payment will be provided for private health claims for the individual to submit to their insurer.
